Be careful who you choose to represent you as an attorney. I trusted this office with an important matter and was left disappointed and abandoned during one of the most stressful times of my life. Instead of advocacy and professionalism, I was met with insensitivity. The attorney even said, ‘it would be nice if I didn’t have to wait all day,’ then doubled down by ‘standing by his comment’ instead of apologizing. That kind of dismissiveness and lack of respect toward a client is unacceptable, especially from someone entrusted with serious legal matters. When people come here, they’re not just paying for services, they’re putting their future and peace of mind in your hands. That trust should never be taken lightly.
