Friendly staff, but inconsistent service. A few weeks ago, we called to set up ongoing lawn maintenance. While the person I spoke with was helpful and friendly, on the day our first service was scheduled, nobody showed up. Upon calling, we learned we had never been put on the schedule, so we were scheduled for one week later… at which point, we were told last minute that our service would be rescheduled, yet again, due to an equipment failure. Finally, today a technician came to our home, but only sprayed fertilizer without mowing our lawn or leaf blowing, even though we paid for mow+blow.

Abraham did an amazing job on my yard. He took the time to spray the weeds, and even trimmed a "tree" (bush) that was growing through my fence. My yard looks awesome!

Hugo did a fantastic job covering ALL the holes and dry spots on my lawn. However, when time came to mow, the lawn mower leaked oil that left a dead streak down the lawn! It was seeded but I had lots of trouble with Iggy ignoring my requests to speak to him. After 2 months the lawn still has dead grass! I finally fired them.
