Taylor at Lawyer’d was incredible throughout what ended up being a really drawn-out and stressful settlement. We were stuck in limbo for over two weeks because the vendor hadn’t sorted out their shortfall and wasn’t communicating with anyone — not even their own lawyers. Despite all that, Taylor stayed on top of everything. She was super responsive, always kept us updated, and followed up with the vendor’s conveyancer and even their bank to try to get things moving. It made a huge difference knowing we had someone like Taylor in our corner who genuinely cared and kept pushing on our behalf. She made the whole mess feel a little more manageable, and we’re really grateful

My business engaged Lawyer’d to assist with debt collection and unpaid invoices from clients who refused to acknowledge any contact from me after I had finished the work for those clients. Taylor was clear and efficient in the process, and I now have all the disputes resolved with cost and unpaid invoices paid in full. We cannot thank Taylor from Lawyer’d enough for her exceptional support throughout one of the most stressful property settlements imaginable. After our vendor failed to settle on the agreed date, we were left in limbo for over two weeks — living among boxes, unable to unpack or plan, and facing the ongoing threat of being evicted with just 48 hours’ notice. Despite the circumstances being entirely out of our control, Taylor remained calm, professional, and incredibly proactive from start to finish. She issued a Default Notice, liaised daily with the vendor’s solicitor, and even followed up with the vendor’s mortgagee (CBA) to try to push things forward. She helped us navigate the legal complexities, protected our rights, and always communicated with clarity and compassion — even when the vendor’s side was unresponsive and slow to act. She was professional, persistent, and genuinely empathetic. You could tell she actually cared about the impact the delays were having on us, and she made us feel supported the whole way through. I've done 3 different house transactions with Taylor at Lawyer'd now, one of which was the same property - 2 of these were rather difficult unusual ones and Taylor and her team were able to professionally navigate all the issues to achieve the desired outcome. Sometimes you need someone else fighting in your corner. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor to anyone - and indeed have done!
