I have been using this tax preparer for the past two or three years, but I will not be returning next year. One important lesson I’ve learned is that red flags should never be ignored. In any business, especially one handling finances, integrity and customer care should come first. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case here. While the gentleman who works here, Willie or William, is professional, honest, and truly seems to be the brains behind the operation, it appears that his wife is the one controlling everything. She seems more focused on financial gain than genuinely helping clients. Their tax preparation fees are extremely high—almost $1,000—which is outrageous. It’s clear that she sits at the computer, following his guidance, yet he seems to have no real say in how things are run. For anyone considering this business, proceed with caution. While Willie is kind and humble, the pricing and overall approach seem to be driven by greed. As long as she gets paid, that appears to be the priority.

Second time coming to this spot. The first time was last year. Great service, fast and effective. Will and Donna explain everything and answer any questions you may have. No question is dumb. I definitely recommend this place. Be sure to make an appointment.

As a new client, I am impressed! The owners did a phenomenal job with my recent tax return. They even took the time to look over my past few years return done by someone else and found MULTIPLE ERRORS! They amended the 2 years prior and found more money that I was owed! Thank you guys so much! It’s almost that time again and I will absolutely be a returning client.
