Absolutely loved my haircut by Jina! She’s so experienced and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I felt really taken care of, and the result was exactly what I wanted (even better, honestly!). Such a lovely experience, highly recommend Jina💛💖

Despite the friendliness of the staff, I left feeling very disappointed with my experience. I booked a fringe perm and haircut package. I came in with a thin, eye-level fringe and expected a soft, natural Korean style fringe, which is nothing complicated, just an even trim and the perm. The stylist mentioned she would trim my fringe before perming it, which I assumed would be a minor cut just to tidy it up. Instead, she cut it extremely short, and I knew immediately that once permed it would look even shorter. When I said I wanted my fringe to be thinner, she seemed to interpret that as cutting it even shorter. It was far too much. Now I look like primary school student with half curly and uneven fringe. And I will look strange in my upcoming birthday photo. And I know this can’t be fixed. Lastly, for the price I paid, I also expected a final styling session, as most salons in this price range provide. Considering their pricing, it was disappointing that no styling was included at the end. Overall, I’m definitely not coming back and would not recommend this salon.

I had my hair coloured by Cho-A, and it turned out really good, just perfect! I only showed her a photo once, and she was able to achieve exactly the colour I wanted. Her haircutting skills are also amazing. She really knows what her customers like 😍 Thank you, Cho-A!

I had an appointment with Jina, and it was a great experience. she was helpful from the start to the end. 영어와 한국어 둘 다로 대화했는데, 전체 약속이 편안했어요! I’ve had my hair done at a few different salons, and reccomng this salon if you need a hair colour/bleaching as I couldn‘t fault it.

I tried perm for the first time in Australia, and it was amazing!! My hairdresser Choa was very professional, kind and friendly! She helped me for choosing the style and gave me the perm. And I love this hair style! I highly recommend this lovely place. 10/10
