EDIT: The owner contacted me and offered a partial refund or a 50% discount on a future manicure. Michelle (the owner) was incredibly open, proactive, quick, and solution-oriented, and I really appreciate the after-sales experience! We mentioned when booking the appointment that we wanted aura nails. Unfortunately, it wasn't mentioned at the time that certain color combinations couldn't be done (for example: a dark base and a light aura). If we had been informed of this limitation, we could have better prepared and had several different inspirations instead of having to make a rushed choice on the spot.
