10 out of 10. We were served by Thomy. He was very careful and attentive. He prepared two types of wine for us, and it was really great with the food. I will definitely come back here.

Amazing wine bar! We were there on Friday night and great vibe inside. Very professional staff throughout the evening, from beginning to end. We sat next to kitchen crew (bar seats); very pleasant experience. Our server (Maxime) was outgoing, attentive and knowledgeable about wine. Excellent service. Food was very good with generous portions and nice flavors. We will definitely be back at Rouge Gorge next trip to Montreal.

I went on a Sunday late afternoon for a study session with a drink. It was lovely, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I got the Pornstar Martini with Champagne which was very tasty! They have an interesting and diverse drink menu. I didn't eat anything but the food smelled amazing and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely go again, next time on a date, with some food!

Had the ceviche and fried chicken — both were delicious, though the portions felt more “sharing bites” than full meals. The ambiance was cozy and the wine list is seriously impressive. Service was solid, though not always consistent. A great spot for drinks + good eats, especially if you’re up for a relaxed evening with style.

The speakeasy is located in a beautiful underground space. The atmosphere is amazing, music sets the perfect mood and the selection of delicious cocktails is neverending. The bar staff was quick and fun! A special thank you to Amélie for making this visit an unforgettable first experience!
