Argelia went above and beyond to make our daughter’s wedding event go smoothly and stress free. Logistics were bit complicated due timeline, etc., but she managed everything from start to end seamlessly. Argelia had all necessary resources and helped with last minute needs. Excellent service. I can confidently recommend to anyone who is looking for an event coordinator whether full or partial.

Argelia helped organize a 2-day event in Napa for my wife’s 50th bday in Napa. It was one of the most memorable events I’ve hosted and it wouldn’t have been possible without her help. She did a stellar job both with the planning and execution. She is very responsive, detail oriented, easy to work with and operates with high integrity. In addition to planning activities throughout the day, she put together top notch decor for the main dinner event. I am going to be using her help in future and highly recommend for any small or big event. She’s one of the best there is in the business.
