I’ve been coming to Mía Salon for years, and I can honestly say their consistency is amazing. Hanny does my balayage and always leaves my hair looking beautiful and natural, and Enma did my extensions perfectly. I’m very happy with the results every time. Highly recommend this salon!

I had a terrible experience with this hair salon. I wanted a pixie cut and came out look like a hot mess. I asked Enma if she could do the short cut and she said yes. But she refused to do the haircut I wanted due to having wavy hair, she cut my hair with a blade which I never had that done before and a scissors that she wasn’t supposed to do cause my hair is thinning . One piece of advice, She should do whatever the customer wants whether she agrees or not if the customer wants a monkey on top of her head that what she should do and for the cost of $75.00 plus tip, got in my car and cried all the way home I will never go there again.

PLEASE READ! I'd like to share my experience with this salon and the owner, Enma. I first went in to get platinum blonde. They did a hair test, and then Enma and Hanny proceeded to bleach my entire head of hair in sections. The sections Hanny worked on turned out great, but the sections Enma worked on came out uneven and not as light. When I returned for a root touch-up, I asked Enma to work on my hair since she had done it before. When I arrived, Enma decided to leave early even though I had an appointment with her. I then had Kmila work on my hair even though Kmila had another client on the way. Kmila had her hands full with two clients and ended up removing the bleach too soon and over-toning my hair. I'll insert the photos here. I texted Enma about it, and she said they could fix it—I assume it was going to be free of charge since they were the ones who made the mistake. Then I went back the following week to get my hair fixed, and they charged me again... My hair still isn't fixed to this day. Editing to respond: First of all, I've never dyed my hair. That's what the hair strand test was for, to check if there's any dye in my hair, right? Secondly, I would really appreciate it if you addressed the real issue here: I paid this salon around $800 only to have all my hair fall out. ENGLISH: URGENT: PLEASE READ ⚠️ I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a platinum blonde look. Hanny's sections turned out great, but the sections Enma worked on were patchy and not properly lightened. For my root touch-up, I requested Enma, but she left early. Kmila worked on my hair while managing another client, which resulted in the bleach being rinsed out too soon and my hair becoming over-toned. (Photos attached.) I was told the salon would fix it, and I assumed this would be free of charge, since the salon caused the problem. However, I was charged again for the fix, and my hair still hasn't been corrected. Editing to update: The main issue: I paid this salon around 800$ just for all my hair to fall off

I'm so happy with my hair after finding this salon, and especially with my stylist Mirelys, a specialist in balayage and color correction. I'm so grateful for the great service, the coffee, and how friendly everyone is. This is my second time here, and it won't be my last because I leave happier every time. They're a super professional team, and I recommend them 100%.
