1/6/26 around 3:45pm on I-70 East Was wondering why I got ran off the road by one of their box trucks, no blinker until he was already in my lane. Because the driver was on his phone and not hand's free, distracted. I wouldn't trust my belongings to be moved by a company that allows careless drivers , who knows what they are doing to your stuff.

I used Leaders Movers last summer for an interstate move, and I honestly regret it. They first moved my belongings into their storage facility in Columbus, then a different crew from Cleveland transported everything out of state. What I didn’t realize at the time was just how much damage they would cause. When I filed a claim after the move, I was already surprised by how many items were damaged. One important thing I learned too late is that you need to inspect everything before submitting a claim. Sit on the sofas, use the chairs, and actually test desks and tables. I didn’t do that, and months later I’m still finding issues. Two of my sofas now have broken inner frames, making noises and continuing to fall apart. What makes this even worse is that it feels like I discover something new almost every day. Just recently, I noticed my TV has permanent creases in the screen that look like handprints. It’s obvious it wasn’t wrapped or handled properly during the move. Leaders Movers has been by far the worst moving company I have ever used. The amount of damage to my belongings and the lack of accountability afterward is incredibly frustrating. If you end up in a similar situation with a lot of damage, I strongly recommend getting legal advice to help deal with the claims process.

The guys, Chris, Yakee, and Chuck did an awesome job. They were very accommodating, anything you asked them to do, they were happy to do. Everything I expected from them was what I got and more. I'm glad I paid by the job and not the hour because I didn't have to worry about the pace of the guys or how long they took. The guys worked hard and steady. In the end, and after talking to other friends that used other movers, I feel that I got a good value and most likely paid a little less for my move. I recommend Leaders Moving for your moving needs.

We recently used Leaders Moving & Storage Co. for our move, and we were incredibly impressed with the service provided by James and Randy. They arrived exactly on time and were both professional and friendly from the moment they introduced themselves. What truly set them apart was their efficiency and care. They worked tirelessly to wrap and pack our furniture, treating every item as if it were their own. They navigated a tricky staircase with a heavy furniture without a single scuff on the walls, which was a huge relief. They finished the job much faster than we expected, all while maintaining a positive attitude and checking in with us to make sure everything was in the right place. Thanks to their hard work, our move was stress-free and smooth. We highly recommend James and Randy. We will definitely be requesting them for any future moves.
