My rating is based on my experience trying to make an appointment. I can’t rate the actual spa itself as I was unable to make the appointment. I received a generous gift certificate as a Christmas present. I went to the website but found that I was unable to make an appointment without entering my credit card information. After experiencing having strange charges on my card, I was advised by my credit card company not to allow credit card information to be stored on a site, I thought I would call the spa in Winnipeg and make an appointment over the phone. This has happened at previous places and I was always able to make an appointment. I was shocked to hear the person advising that I would need to provide the credit card information. I asked why it was necessary and was advised that their “system” doesn’t allow her to move forward to make the appointment without it. So we are there, “systems” are controlling us. So disappointed that I won’t be able to utilize my gift certificate over such a ridiculous policy.

I have had amazing facials with Tracy and couldn’t be happier with the experiences! Her office is beautiful, clean, and incredibly welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Tracy takes the time to explain every step of the process, what she’s using, and why—and you can tell she truly cares about your skin and your results. My face has never felt better! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service and a relaxing, professional experience. I leave feeling completely rejuvenated with the most beautiful attractive facial glow every time. As well, I have used the Eminence Organic skin care for many years and stand by its results 100%

My husband and I have been following shay since I had my first massage with her over 10 years ago. In the time that we have gone to Leela eco spa we have both been profoundly impressed by the facility, the staff, the efficiency and professionalism that they demonstrate. Cannot recommend this place enough, Just don't take our spots ❤️

My daughters and I have been going here for some time now. Each time we’ve had a wonderful experience at Leela Eco Spa. The space is clean, calm, and welcoming, perfect for fully relaxing. My massage therapist was professional, attentive, and really tailored the treatment to my needs. From start to finish, everything felt seamless and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional, rejuvenating massage, to visit Leela! We absolutely adore our massage therapist Shay!

I had the most relaxing and enjoyable spa experience at Leela Eco Spa yesterday. My esthetician, Nancy, performed the Acne Advanced Clarifying Facial and it was absolutely superb! She began by carefully analyzing my skin and asking about my current routine, then explained each step of the treatment along with the products she would be using. Nancy was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was—she answered all my questions thoroughly and offered professional advice tailored to my skin’s needs. The ambience in the room was perfect—peaceful, calming, and exactly what you’d hope for in a spa. I was so relaxed that I even drifted off to sleep a couple of times! One of the highlights was the soothing body massage that came along with the facial—it was the perfect finishing touch. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Leela Eco Spa to anyone looking for a truly rejuvenating treatment.
