I cannot recommend Eri and Lalish enough! We’ve been multiple times for a couple massage and had exceptional experiences each time. Highly recommend.

Worst massage and spa experience that I have ever had (and I have had many). Even “bad” massages are usually good enough, but this experience was truly awful. This was my first time at the Beltline location (I regularly visit another location but my usual RMT was booked up). The location looked nice, but there was zero service. I wasn’t shown how to open the lockers or even guided to the lounge (also the robes are TINY!! Be aware of this if you are tall or busty). The RMT did not introduce herself and just sort of dove in. Her actions were so frantic, like squirting oil everywhere and rubbing fast as if she was cleaning windows. She started with my feet, moved to my head, and would randomly do a karate chop or two and then move on to another spot. It was extremely odd and I wondered at one point if she even worked there. At one point she started to use cups on my neck and back, which I had not consented to if asked as I have a condition this could aggravate. I had to stop her to explain that she needed to be gentle on my smaller joints for health reasons and she paused and seemed shocked. She definitely had not read my intake form. Things seemed to improve from there, but that was before I received the most awkward head massage of my life. She even “bopped” me on the top of the head twice! Like I don’t even know what was. Also extremely half hazardous with the toweling — I felt extremely uncomfortable through out the massage but was too vulnerable to say anything. Had to pull my own underwear up twice out of discomfort and she made a snarky remark about how “it’s fine.” I really wish I stood up for myself and left and feel disgusted with myself that I didn’t. I tipped $10 because I felt obligated to and I am not good at standing up for myself. That feels like a lot to reveal in a Google post but I want to explain the situation clearly. The receptionist asked how things were but I just stayed quiet as made a joke about almost grabbing the wrong boots. I felt so deeply uncomfortable here. Anyway, I will never return to this location. Not even for a refund. Avoid this location if you have any sort of trauma.

It's very clean & welcoming. All the RMTs I've dealt with have been great, the receptionists are also wonderful. Shout out to the receptionist from the evening of Dec 22nd as she helped me find my watch that I forgot in a robe pocket!! I also love that the sitting/relaxation area is stocked with good teas and coffees (sometimes even snacks!!), that there's an infrared sauna, and the showers with Rocky Mountain products is a fabulous touch. Oh, the monogrammed robes and fully-stocked towels are also great 👌

I’ve been coming to Leela Eco Spa - Beltline a couple of times now, and each time I have a great experience, however, today’s 90 minute massage with Andrew was exceptional. He was very professional, calm, courteous, and curious. I felt very comfortable, respected, and relaxed during my massage with Andrew. And afterwards, my body and mind were so at peace and relaxed, I felt as if I were floating. I would highly recommend a massage with Andrew, or any of the wonderful RMT’s at Leela Eco Spa - Beltline. Thank you! (Plus, the shower rooms are very clean and stocked, and they’ve got a sauna!!)

This is my favorite location! I got a 60-minute custom facial today from Ann and it was so incredibly relaxing. She even included an arm, scalp and neck massage! I've only ever booked with Ann for the past few years, she's incredible! She's also very knowledgeable and talks you through each step (what products she's using, etc.) Love this location, love Anne, please book your facials with her - you will have no regrets :) Oh - also, it was Wine Wednesday and got a free glass of wine afterwards!
