If you are from a military family. DO NOT GO HERE. Not only did they lose a button dry cleaning my brother’s military uniform but also lost a medal. He called first before getting it dry cleaned and said can you make sure they don’t remove medals while they dry clean it and they said yes we don’t remove medals or move them. After it was ready to be picked up my brother called to reassure if they moved any medals and they said no we can’t not promise that because we send it to another place to get dry cleaned. He called and he said theres nothing he can do about it. Didn’t offer to look or call whatever other place dry cleans the clothes since they don’t. Very unprofessional.

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I was given a specific time frame for when my alterations would be finished, and that promise turned out to be completely inaccurate. Not only was the item not ready when they said it would be, but there was no proactive communication to let me know about any delays. On top of that, trying to get updates was frustrating. The staff seemed either uninformed or unwilling to give clear answers, and I kept getting vague responses instead of straightforward information. It felt like no one was on the same page. Overall, the lack of reliability and poor communication made this a stressful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re on any kind of schedule or expect basic customer service. I don’t know how they have a 4 star rating. If I could give zero stars I would.
