Kathi is a miracle worker! At pretty much the last minute, we decided a three-generation girl's trip to see the Christmas markets in Germany and Austria would be fun. Kathi helped us arrange the perfect trip, including a river cruise, flights, hotels, transportation -- the works. Let me start by saying that at times I travel up to a third of the year for business and often find myself in third world countries where just about anything you could imagine could go wrong will go wrong. I have done most of my own bookings for years and carried the stress of planning and implementing my travels by myself. But after my wonderful trip with LEG Travel, never again! After spending the majority of a year stuck in the house due to Covid, I needed to get away, and being that we live in the Pacific Northwest I also needed sunshine. So those were the criteria I gave Kathleen. She got back to me quickly with a few locations we could travel to during the time of Covid, with Pro's and Con's for each and details about the precautions each were taking due to the pandemic. Her pricing was cheaper than I could find online or direct with the resort, and the added upgrades she included made booking this trip a no brainer. She provided step by step directions for each leg of our travels and they took care of everything including hotel transfers, excursions, airfare and lodging. I for the first time that I can remember was able actually enjoy a vacation and not worry about the details the entire time. She also was able to change our flights and hotel multiple times as our trip approached due to changes that came up last minute due to covid. I paid no change fees, and even ended up with an upgrade to a nicer resort than I paid for because the one we booked did not open in time. Thanks for helping us plan a trip of a lifetime.
