My dog had been throwing up for several days. He is on a new allergy medicine which maybe the cause. We took him to the vet to do bloodwork due to new medication. They kept him there for an hour or so so they could check some other items. I was happy they worked him in. Lucky his blood work came back good and he is feeling better now but have to check with dermatologist about the new medication. May not be a good fit for him.

I was extremely pleased with my dog "Beans" first visit to Legacy Animal Hospital.I was referred by a friend and I am extremely grateful. From the moment I made the appointment with Flora to my arrival and receiving assistance from a lovely young woman named Shy who carried Beans into the building me, I could just tell my dog would be treated well and he was. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and patient with us and explained her initial diagnosis as well as the result of the x-ray which confirmed it. She made sure I understood the treatment she advised and I felt very reassured Beans ws going to be with me a while longer. I was provided with medication for him and instructions on how to administer them as well as receiving a pill splitter and another device to use if he wouldn't take the smaller pill easily. How convenient! A follow up appointment was made and I left feeling very confident he would get better. I highly recommend Legacy Animal Hospital to everyone in the Plano, TX area and have already referred them to my neighbor who also has a senior dog needing care. They are great! I must confess I am a senior myself and didn't know how to post a Google review! My dear friend Sabiyah Salem helped me with this and deserves most of the credit except for Kayleh Packer who recommended them to me. Thank you Too!

I brought my Labradoodle in recently who developed a infection. Dr. Nguyen and her vet tech Tim, were so wonderful! They were caring, thoughtful, kind, empathetic and mindful of my budget means. This was such a pleasant first experience and thankful I found our furever vet.

We got a new puppy and after a couple of weeks we noticed that he was being abnormally lethargic. After feedings, with the same food his breeder was giving him, he would throw some of his food up and his stool was runny from time to time. So one day it was bad, we called around and made an appointment. During his exam, we were told that Jake had a very concerning heart murmur. The doctor who did his exam, made mention that we should return him to his breeder as he had a congenital heart defect. For our own reasons we decided to keep him safe and comfortable with us as the breeder stated he would have to be put down. After a few weeks we took him to two other vets and both Dr's said he was healthy and did not hear any murmurs, without us having to ask if there were any concerns.

Best vet I’ve ever been to! I took my puppy for the first time and everyone has been amazing. Appointments are quick and easy to schedule, the staff is wonderful, and they treat Eevee like family. Every time we go, Eevee is super calm, and they handle everything professionally and efficiently.
