I called Legacy early in the morning when most places are still closed. My call was actually answered by a real person which surprised me. My furnace had stopped working and they were on it right away. Igor showed up a couple of hours later and quickly determined the issue and had it resolved right away. Igor was friendly and respectful and took time to clearly assess the situation then proceeded to explain it to me in terms that I clearly understood. I was already considering who I could call for my furnace maintenance and duct cleaning. I think I found the right team to look after us. I have happily signed up for the maintenance program which saved us money up front and ensures savings and Quality service in the future. Thanks Igor. I really appreciate you today.

Technician responded very quick after the first call out to the Foothills. Got a quote done very shortly after with a house visit for a new furnace and everything was very well laid out and different options were provided. No pressure sales, it was the perfect time to upgrade my old 18 year old furnace before the cold winter months. They came to install the day after I agreed on what furnace to go with. The guys were professional, polite, knowledge, respectful of your house and animals. Very well run upgraded vents and fresh air inlet. Professional job and the guys take pride in their work. I would highly recommended Legacy to others for the fast efficient service.
