Phillip Bailey, has really been a great salesman.You all should really keep this sales representative. He has been a tremendous help and has been very helpful to us. He definitely deserves a promotion and a raise. He is a very patience and diligent man. He definitely went the extra mile for us. If we need him for anything else, have him come back. I highly recommend him.

I would leave negative stars if it was an option. Skylar was beyond informed on a no solicitor neighborhood to begin with less to say I was swindled with the promise. That's all it was. I will be swiftly porting my number, as we were promised what would be getting the land line, cell line and 5g wifi. Turns out this is not at all true. Verizon knew nothing of the land line and I was informed correctly... they don't even have a 5g land line service. Anyway, she is very improperly educated on what she is selling... shame on your the owner of this business for pretending by illusion you have anything to do with Verizon. I highly recommend you run from this promise of the much cheaper price when in fact it would be much more expensive if I continued and paid to get all the services back that I unfortunately switched , and only 2 successfully. Mind u with absolutely NO ASSISTANCE from Skylar as promised or this marketing firm also as promised. I could go on and on with all the literal misrepresentations and untruths this hap hazard nightmare half cocked transaction has turned out to be at about hour 15 trying to fix this debacle with the real service provider Verizon. Don't do it, just go to the actual source, you will save yourself may hours of frustration and money. Good luck folks

RJ took care of my service today and he was amazing. He answered all the questions i had before i could even asked them and he was very polite and attentive during our conversation. 10/10, highly recommend him to be your representative.

Wheeler and Amoni, were very nice and knowledgeable on the products they were presenting to me. I was thankful for the updated information and the opportunity to decide if I wanted to make the switch of providers.
