I’ve been taking my clothes to Legacy Tailor for about six years, and they never disappoint. The other day I brought in a coat to have one button moved so it would be more comfortable. Carlota immediately said it was very simple and would only take about a five minutes. She offered to fix it on the spot so I could take it home right away and even suggested to the manager that I not be charged since it was such a small adjustment. Carlota provides outstanding customer service, and it’s people like her who keep customers coming back.
I’m genuinely so grateful I found this tailor. From the moment I walked in, the whole process felt easy, effortless, and reassuring. They handled my wedding dress with so much care and confidence that I never once felt worried - their experience really shows, and I trusted them immediately. What makes this place even more special is that I found it completely by chance, and now I can’t imagine going anywhere else. While waiting for my dress, I ended up bringing in so many other pieces I had been putting off altering, and every single item came back exactly the way I hoped. I’m honestly just thankful to have found a place I can rely on for all my future alterations. Highly recommend.
The seamstress OK did an amazing job with my wedding dress! It was originally a little to small and wouldn't zip up in the back, so she added a corset-back and it fit perfectly (before and after pictured). She also hemmed the 10 layer dress to be the perfect length. I felt very confident that it would turn out great with her expertise and it did. Highly recommend this shop.
10s ACROSS THE BOARD! I came here to get my wedding dress altered and OK did such a great job. It fits perfectly and the length is everything I asked for. The corset portion of my dress fits so nicely. OK turned this dress in MY wedding dress and I couldn’t be happier. Legacy Tailor has awesome customer service as well. Ganesh is awesome and is very transparent with pricing. Would come here again.
