Joined this gym in January. The classes are excellent, I love the metcon and hyrox. The coaches rock, always on it, and the community is great, too! Great place to go if you enjoy community and like a little support in your workouts!

Here, I discovered a community of dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable trainers who offer an unmatched training experience. They provide kickass workouts that never repeat, offer a variety of workout classes throughout the week, and create a killer playlist that gets you pumped! All you have to do is show up and commit - they take care of the rest. I have pushed myself harder than I ever have and have achieved goals that I never could’ve done on my own. As an athlete I need to be challenged — I’ve never been to a gym where I got that until I went to Legacy. The coaches are constantly pushing you in the best way and they check in consistently to make sure you are meeting your goals — they actually care. So glad I found this gym

I’ve been at TRVFIT for 9months and have lost over 40lbs (210lbs to 165lbs) - I do 2 - 4 workouts a week and love it. I have found a lot of positivity, friendliness, and support with this gym, which has really helped my stress and general outlook. I’ve never been super fit or strong but I always feel welcome and have loved exploring some exercises that were too intimidating for me to try before the coaching offered at this gym. Also easy parking, centrally located, diverse membership, great coaches, good class size (usually about 10 - 15 people), with mix of fitness levels from straight up beginners to experienced lifters.
