Plumber - Neal provided excellent service. He kept me informed of his arrival time. Neal quickly and accurately assessed the leak source, and advised why the problem had occurred. He ensured that everything was corrected installed and working. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and professionalism of the service that I received. Brandon Bazilio did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and it truly showed in the way he handled everything from start to finish. He went above and beyond, taking the time to answer all of my questions as well as my elderly father’s questions with patience and care, which I am incredibly grateful for. Brandon explained everything very thoroughly and made sure we fully understood the work being done, never rushing us or making us feel uncomfortable. Mr Yves was the technician that came out to repair a leak in my coat closet. Today was the day after the storm. The street was very icy and he had to park away from the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Being of the older generation, I was a little unnerved. However, he took the time to explain the process, informed me of what he found and cost for the repair. He took little time to complete the work and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Mr. Yves for doing what you do.

Sadou Aboubakar was very Knowledgeable and displayed professionalism. He reassured me that everything would be okay because I had a bad experience previously, and he also cleaned up after himself. If we have any plumbing issues in the future, I will call Len the Plumber and request Sadou to service any plumbing issues in our home, because we were really pleased with how he protected our finishes and was very courteous! 🙏🏾💯
