Came in with my sunglasses half way fallen apart. The arm got smashed. And they were not wearable. My girl, Luz, fixed them in minutes. Cleaned them up for me - and voila - I have a brand new pair of sunglasses now 🥰 great work. Fast & reliable!

Went to get my glasses a while ago and Jesus, Johnny were so helpful and gave great customer service. Just made me feel very welcome. Also Dr ha was wonderful. Luv the energy from that location.

Jesus helped with my lens adjustment and he was such a professional! He was kind, helpful and patient! Great guy. I recently bent a gunmetal frame and he readjusted it for me!

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to the assistant manager Rosa! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that everything went smoothly. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating — answering all my questions and making sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and professional. She truly made my visit a pleasure. Highly recommend! Century City LensCrafters is lucky to have such a dedicated and caring team member!

5 Stars – Amazing Store and Even Better Service! I had such a great experience at this LensCrafters in Century City. The store is beautiful—modern, clean, and really well-organized. The selection of Cartier glasses is incredible, with way more options than I’ve seen elsewhere. Johnny was fantastic! He helped me pick out my second pair of Cartiers, and it was actually his first-ever Cartier sale. He was so friendly and professional, and you could tell he really cared about making sure I was happy with my choice. What really made me want to visit this location was finding out that Leo, the manager, had moved here. He used to manage the Beverly Center store, and honestly, I went back there recently, and it felt dull and lifeless without him. Leo is just the best—so attentive and helpful, and he always finds the perfect solution for anything you need. This store is hands-down the better option now. My only tiny suggestion would be for Cartier glasses to come with a branded Cartier bag to really complete the luxury experience. If you’re looking for amazing glasses and top-notch service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! This version keeps it personal and engaging while still making all your key points clear.
