My son went to get a new pair of glasses at Lens Crafters, using his vision insurance. Confused by the amount of the bill, I questioned Amy and Christian. Amy provided me a very helpful detailed breakdown of the bill, and her and Christian provided a detailed explanation of the various options my son had selected. We discussed alternatives, and in the end Amy was able to work out an solution that reduced the bill and left us happy with the options my son would receive. We would definitely recommend this store to others.

Mariana, Amy, and Joe are so amazing! Such great customer service! Mariana helped us with exchanging our Meta glasses that we purchased 2 days prior. We were able to exchange the glasses and Mariana made the process so easy! I am now a new loyal customer thanks to the experience :)

I’ve been a loyal client of Lenscrafters for many years, not only because of the great always varied and up to date frames available but also because of the tremendous staff that has always been so helpful every year when it’s time for me to shop for new glasses. This year I had the wonderful experience of being helped by Amy who is spectacular in every aspect of doing her job. She is extremely knowledgeable and very honest about what frames were flattering or the best choice for my face shape, and helped me make a terrific selection. Amy made the experience a lot of fun, and while she talked to me about all of the new options and upgrades available, she was an excellent salesperson but wasn’t pushy in her approach, which with my marketing and sales background I appreciated and found to be a great professional talent. Throughout the entire process she was always very professional, engaged, focused and upbeat, while at the same time being very personable, polite and respectful. Amy also was very excited to inform me about the new frames coming in the spring…so I can’t wait to come back (great sales tactic). Amy is an exceptional asset to Lenscrafters; I really appreciate her knowledgeable and professional yet personable salesmanship style and her very warm friendly value added attention to customer service.

My wife and I have been going to the Lenscrafters store in North Star mall for a number of years. We always get great service; however, this latest visit was exceptional. We were picking up our newly purchased glasses and as soon as Amy saw us come in she took over. She was extremely polite and professional as well as helpful and informative, but mostly she was patient. It's always hard to fit glasses to my face (especially with my uneven ears), but she never flinched continuing to make adjustments until everything was just perfect. I think the whole event took more than an hour but you wouldn't have known it as her demeanor and approach never varied. She stayed focused on the task giving it her full attention. She couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant throughout the entire time. We won't hesitate to drop in to see her again the next time we need glasses or just another adjustment.
