Ordered a new washing machine online. Great communication from Leon’s with respect to expected delivery date. Delivery experience was excellent. I was able to track the drivers online and knew how many stops they had before me. Delivery personnel were respectful of my home, removing my old washer and delivering the new one without issue. No complaints here.

The salesperson was very helpful and patient, she made sure to show us items that were on sale and ensured we were satisfied with the item and price. Not pushy at all! Lovely in-store experience. When there were delays because of the storm, Leon’s was communicative and accommodating to change delivery date and time. The delivery drivers were also kind and helpful when they delivered and set up the item to my elderly mother.

Our sales associate Svtlana was truly wonderful! Our delivery service was amazing! Our only disappointment was that our original purchase was sold when it was scheduled to be delivered to us. So we really had no choice but to accept the reorder and delivery at a later date. I still don’t understand how something that was already sold and set for delivery could be resold to someone else. The compensation of $100 in store credit was rather inadequate and disappointing. 5 stars for Svtlana and delivery gentlemen. Ellice location

The sales associate was very helpful and made the entire experience very smooth. Also, thanks to the two delivery guys who took the time to help me install my loveseat legs. Great experience overall.

From purchase to delivery the entire process was a pleasure. While shopping, the salesperson stayed close without hovering and as we looked they helped us to narrow down our options. Once we made our choice We were told upfront the approximate wait time for our sofa and received updates as the weeks went by. Delivery was a snap, fast and friendly, courteous and polite gentleman. And of course our sofa, it’s wonderful! 🤩 This was our 3rd furniture/appliance purchase and delivery in as many years from Leon’s and they haven’t disappointed 😊 👍👌
