I honestly can’t recommend Monica from Let’s Groove Events enough. From the very beginning, I told her that sticking to our budget was super important, and she totally got it. She found ways to help us save—like doing our Haldi and Wedding decor in-house—which really made a big difference. Monica didn’t just help plan—she and her team were there for everything. She showed up first at every venue, stayed on top of every detail, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were especially stressed on the wedding day because the weather showed rain, but Monica kept us calm and somehow still pulled off the decor just a couple hours before the wedding, even in the drizzle! She was so passionate and determined to make it happen for us, no matter what. At our Sangeet, she even grabbed the mic and hyped the crowd up—which everyone loved! And on the reception day, everything ran so smoothly and on time, which is seriously hard to do at a Desi wedding! We had two major events—the mehendi and the wedding day—and Monica made both unforgettable. For our mehendi event, we wanted to create a distinctly Pakistani atmosphere. Monica helped us find the perfect vendors, guiding us through price negotiations and ensuring we stayed within our budget. She truly has an eye for detail and worked tirelessly to make sure every element was just right. We had some specific requests for the decor based on inspiration from the vendor, and Monica communicated those changes flawlessly. The final result was exactly what we had envisioned. Lets Groove Events is the best team to work with for your events. They made our vision come to life and made sure they go above and beyond to fulfill every little wish of ours. They helped us plan, execute, manage and decor our wedding ceremony and we had a great time working with them. Monica Ahuja was always on top of everything and made sure everything is ready on time and they way we wanted it. There was a minor situation that came up at the wedding where the management at the venue did not allow us to setup our table seating outdoors. Lets Groove team were a savior and they somehow managed to fit the entire seating at the indoor lounge and that too beautifully. We loved it. The best part is I only got to know about this situation after the problem was fixed by the team. I highly, highly recommend them for all your events.
