They always show up in a timely manner and the balloon twisters have always been very nice to work with. This last time for our annual event the only thing I would recommend is the balloon twisters did not have a pre-written list of items they make, and the event was outdoors and cold, and they were not prepared for the cold weather. But they still did a great job. We use this company every year for our annual Ponder Polar Express event.
We have used Let’s Jump for many parties and they’ve never been anything less than perfect. Dropoff/setup is always early, and the crew is very friendly. Pickup is also incredibly smooth. They make the whole process so easy, I wouldn’t think of trying anywhere else. This was a last minute scheduling with a surprise 85 degree day in November, and it wasn’t a problem at all!
Let's Jump was amazing. They arrived early, set up everything, taught me how to use the generator, and came back in a timely manner to pick up. The inflatables were both great, and exactly what I needed for my event.
We had two large inflatable rentals for a company party at Grapevine Lake with Let's Jump Rentals, LLC and it was flawless. Communication was clear and concise, delivery and pick-up was on time and the product was setup swiftly and in great condition which made lots of kids really happy! We look forward to doing more business together and highly recommend giving them a shot.
We were having 4 boys between 3&5 on the 4th of July and decided fairly last minute (July 2) to rent a combo bounce house and water slide for them. Loved being able to shop online and pick what I wanted. They sent me the agreement to sign online and called the next day to verify. It was scheduled for 2-8pm and they gave me a delivery window of 8am-1pm but said they’d contact me when they were on their way. They didn’t which required some scrambling but they were quick and did a great job. Also didn’t know they weren’t coming to pick it up that night. Called to let us know they were there very early the next morning which again created some logistical issues. Better communication would have been great. But, the rental was awesome and in great condition. The staff was nice. And the kids had a great time with it. Felt like it was a very fair price, and would definitely rent again.
