Couldn't have asked for better service, flexibility, catering options and ease of party booking process from Guy and Bec. Extremely accommodating. A truly GREAT experience (for all). Kids had a blast! Highly recommend Level Up Arcade for your child's next event!

Super family friendly. Helpful and patient staff. We always feel very welcome. Kids love the games and the VR here! And us parents have been known to duck in for some VR and a cold beverage minus kids too!

Had a great group experience. Staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs as we were a large family group of 20. Loved the VR experience in particular. Only suggestion would be to have more staff, as the two were really stretched during a very busy time.

Our work Christmas party was at Level Up Arcade and I highly recommend it! Bec and the team were incredibly hospitable and it was the best team building experience. It's the perfect place for events, from corporate to kids parties - 10/10!

Perfect party experience. Bec made booking and prepping for my child’s birthday party easy as could be. So accomodating and friendly. The day of the party was perfect as well. The young women working that day were so helpful making sure we had everything we needed and were ready with any party supplies we may have forgotten. They offered any helped needed along the way. The party room was colourful and perfect for a bunch of young kids and the cards on lanyards for each party child was great as well. The tickets at the end were also perfect so no party bags were needed. Highly recommend.
