Enjoyed facilities such as karaoke and bowling - however the arcade games are VERY expensive. You have to load money on to cards to spend and the machines all ask for odd amounts so you keep spending money. 7.4 and 8.6 tokens to use the machines. Often you tap the card to use a machine and only realise then it’s faulty!! I think more visible out of use sign or cover the contactless feature so people don’t lose out on money using machines that are out of use. Good point is staff helped me with ticket spend area getting a squishmallow plush. The house always wins I guess!

Great day out with my son and all his friends to celebrate a birthday. Lots to do to keep them entertained. Big thanks to Brandon for looking after our group and making sure we had all we needed. We will definitely be back.

I had a really great experience at Level X yesterday and a big part of that was thanks to Sunny. From the moment I arrived, Sunny was welcoming, friendly, and always there to help. He made sure everything went smoothly. Sunny also showed me around and pointed out some of the best arcade games, which really added to the overall experience. On top of that he was very helpful with the beverages and always checked in to see if I needed anything else. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my visit enjoyable from start to finish. Sunny is a great asset to the team at Level X, and his customer service truly stood out.

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Romeo on our last day in Glasgow. I had a bit of issue with the bowling balls as I need smaller ones and he got me sorted immediately. If it wasn’t our last day, we would 100% be coming back just because of his service. Sound lad!
