LFM construction did shower for us when our shower had a sudden shower pan failure. They were very nice to deal with especially their project manager, Bernabe Pompa. Bernabe had some great ideas about how to redo the shower and he helped figure out the designs and then the material. There were a few glitches along the way but he took care of it and did his best to accommodate our schedules. His men were polite and respectful too. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely choose them again.

I filled out the form on the LFM website and was contacted soon after by Cesar who was very kind and quickly set up a project manager to come by and see what I wanted done. Stav came by and quickly gave me a reasonable quote for my small condo kitchen countertop and backsplash redo. The team started the following week and got the job done in 3 days. Their countertop guy is a true artist! I’m so happy I didn’t try to take this project on myself. I would happily hire LFM again!

This small job took 7 months when it should have taken 2-3. Every correction was treated as a change order and additional cost. Cost categories were broad and vague and every task interpretation needed a change order. When a task was canceled, it was cheap. When a task was added, it was expensive. The superintendent was arrogant and argumentative. The (often) sole worker was good but rarely available. Avoid LFH if you have any alternative.
