This is a bad story gone good thanks to one of the managers, Adam at LG Home Comfort. We were having countless issues with our tankless water heater, after only a few months of having it. We had to routinely call LG to have someone come in, and they didn't ever have a real solutoon for us. The problem would be resolved for a little bit and then once again we would have issues with the hot water. The next issue comes - and we have no hot water at all, I called several times being told someone would come, with no one coming, for days our house of 9 people (including a baby) had no hot water in the cool fall weather. We finally have someone actually show up to once again not have a solution. They tell us the tankless water heater may be defective and we would need to replace it. We end up deciding we don't want a tankless water heater at all anymore as all of the issues had arrived once we made the switch. At this point I have called LG 10+ times trying to come to a resolution, to which it finally gets esclated to Adam. Thankfully Adam was immensely helpful, communicative and apologetic for the on going issues we had. He gave me his personal number to reach out too, and made the rest of the process seamless. We had a replacemnet water tank brought in within 24 hours once Adam took over the issue. He also honoured this for us at no cost considering the issues we had with the tankless water heater as well as communicating with the team. I provided Adam with feedback that the communication between departments imporves to avoid these issues moving forward, and thanked him for his help and attention during this time. He said that he agreed and would pass this information along to help imporve that issue. I would reccomend this company solely based on Adam, and our new water tank has caused no issues! Adam really turned around our experience, and were very thankful for his help, and determination to solve our issue during a very stressful time.

LG Home Comfort KWC just installed a tankless water heater and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of professionalism and care from start (Zack) to finish (Khush & Sandy) . The entire process was smooth, fast and stress free. Install Technicians Khush and Sandy were exceptional. Called with ETA, arrived on time and laid down protective mats before starting their work. What stood out even more was their respect for my home. They cleaned up thoroughly, left no mess behind and even took off their shoes while walking through certain areas without being asked. Small gestures like that are so appreciated. I highly recommend LG Home Comfort KWC for their reliability, quality of workmanship and outstanding customer service. I recently had a water heater installed by LG Home Comfort, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. A special thank you to Khush and Sandy from the installation team — they were extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also want to mention Muhhamad Idrees, the salesperson. He explained all the available plans in detail and helped me choose the best option for my home. His guidance was very helpful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend LG Home Comfort.

Khush and Sandy from LG Home Comfort came on time, very efficient in their work and very friendly. They take their work seriously and were done on time. Had a great service experience with both technicians Khushdeep and Sandeep. Very polite and courteous and more importantly very professional . They did an amazing job installing my heat pump and new furnace today. Thanks again LG Home Comfort for providing me with peace of mind in my home and solving my heating and cooling needs for years to come..
