We were contacted by Liberty Marketing Company in November 2024 to place an ad on a waterproof map, with delivery promised for Spring 2025. Throughout 2025, we followed up multiple times. Each time, we were given excuses and reassured that the maps were coming soon. As of now, we have received nothing. To make matters worse, they have stopped responding entirely—no returned calls, no replies to emails. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. We paid for a service that was never delivered, and communication has completely disappeared. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I got a cold call from them today. It was nice to tell somebody no and they didn’t try to talk over me for 10 minutes and make me hang up on them. 10/10 recommend their cold call strategy.

Unfortunately we paid a lot of money for advertising and maps 10/1/2024 and did not receive anything from this company. We have called their phone number many times, no one answers the phone.

I bought a ad for my Business almost a year ago and heard nothing from them. I have emailed and left several messages to try to get a hold of someone. The two numbers will only ring through to a voicemail no one ever answers now during the process to get my money was not the same someone always there to take my calls. I got a picture of what it was supposed to look like and was promised stuff that was never delivered not even a phone call. Do not use this service as I don’t think that they are providing services that they are selling. If someone would reach out from here to address this matter I will update this review as well as on the Bbb complaint I filed as well.

Paid for ad 10 months ago. Received NOTHING! Was supposed to get 20 laminated maps with my Bnb listed with a 3x3 ad. Told would be given to all the fishing guides on Toledo Bend. I am 1 privately owned bnb, Sunflower Hideaway, this was my entire marketing budget for a year! Very disappointed. Understand owner died and under reconstruction but even that was over… 1/2 yr ago or more? Should have been refunded if maps didn’t go out.
