Mrs.Lee was very helpful I filed my taxes in 2023 was audit and been fighting my case ever since 2023.Well called this morning she called the Internal Revenue Service we stay on the phone a very long time she asked so many questions so that I can have clarification on my case answered.Thanks so much for your help.Liberty tax

My husband and I had an awesome experience at Liberty Tax Service. Mrs. Shonda was sweet, pleasant, and kind. Most of all, she was very knowledgeable about taxes. She is a great asset to Liberty🗽 Tax Service. ❤️

Will never come here again. Last month I had came in to do my taxes and it was here where I had met Ms. Quinetta. She was about to prepare my taxes until she realized that I didn't have my medical deductions in order. Therefore she had told me to get the rest of that information and come back, she then scheduled a new appointment for that "following week". When I came back she wasn't there, so I spoke with the other rep because I had wanted my taxes done "just to get it over with" but then she had seen another issue with my medical tax stub. She told me "additional" information to get for Ms. Q. Being fed up with this nonsense, I then went to another Liberty Tax person and it was there where she had called my insurance and spoke "directly" with them. Having prepared my taxes, she then charged me but didn't have the electronic signature for me to sign but said that I would receive an email as to when to sign. Waiting a while for that, I then called "even went over there" to find out why it never came through. The tax person there told me to wait but it never came through, so I ended up going back to Ms. Q to find out what was going on with that. I had to explain to her my purpose for going to a different Liberty. Once I explained, she then had me sign the "actual" papers at her office and had informed me that the other women never received the payment. Then she told me to give her the receipt "of my payment" this way she could get paid. Once doing that and thinking that everything was okay, later on that week Ms. Q called to say that I had to pay her"direct" and that I would get the money back. Well I still haven't received my money back and speaking with someone in her office and corporate, nothing has been done. So now I have written them a letter and if I don't hear nothing back from them, then I will fly to VA to demand answers as to why you are letting these "crooks" get away with things like this. Now if I end up receiving my money, then I deeply apologize but if not then I stick to what I said in this comment. I feel that Ms. Q was being sneaky to where she needed to get paid but came up with a sinister plan to get me to pay her because she never mentioned that to me that very first time "about me eventually having to pay her." Satin is "EVERYWHERE" and I mean everywhere!!! This is absolutely disgusting in my book. I never had a problem with Liberty until I moved to Louisiana. My mom warned me about these places that are not in good area's but I should of listened, "that's my mess up" but you live and you learn. Next year, I will be getting my taxes done in a more civilized manner and area "if you catch my drift"!!!!!!

I go here every year. They are all great. The results are always great no matter which tax preparer handles your taxes. They have a great business model. And I love the fact that you can actually have the owner do your taxes. That is a great thing. I would recommend anyone to go here. Great experience.
