I was having problems doing my taxes on TurboTax. I called liberty to ask them about if any tax laws changed because turbo wasn't letting me claim my two grandsons I have been taking care of all year. I talked to the manager Theresa and she was so nice and helpful. She offered me a discount to help me out if I needed help with my taxes, I took her offer. The whole office was so nice, the process was quick and easy. Thank you liberty tax!

Teresa does my taxes for me each year and she is amazing! Explains everything so I can understand it and makes time for my appointment without rushing me. She is very nice and kind and I definitely recommend her and the Liberty office.

I had to get my past year tax done right away with what I thought would be complicated by three jobs and ACA forms but it was a breeze. Very helpful getting deductions I wasn't aware of. Also came in at $50 below estimate. No one else would give me an idea of cost ahead of time and she did. Much appreciated, thank you. Open two days a week during the off season so call ahead.
