Diverse book collections and it's a huge store! However, as soon as you place your card on the card machine, interaction is over (sort of rude).

The cashier staff were very kind and considerate, but the manager at the service desk was extremely rude and cold. I almost cried in the bookstore because of her attitude You really RUINED my day

I visited this bookstore after a trip to the McCord Museum and was impressed with the great variety of books in this well curated store. My friends and I spent an hour and each found many titles we wanted. I highly recommend this store. I went on a Wednesday afternoon, and it was certainly bustling, but I didn't feel rushed. I appreciate the special order service.
