Larry has been a truly positive addition to my niece’s life. My niece has special needs, and we sought Larry’s help when she began struggling with workplace challenges and unresolved family-related experiences. Larry has helped her build self-confidence by giving her practical tools to understand and process new information, people, and situations. He also helped me put together a clear, thoughtful explanation of her medical condition so she could better communicate her needs to employers and roommates. Larry has coached her in healthy communication techniques, such as standing up for herself in a quiet but firm way. Where she once responded with confusion and anger, she now communicates respectfully, clearly expressing her feelings and the reasons behind her actions. Larry also supported her in finding a job in music—an area that truly brings her joy. Over the past year, my niece has made remarkable progress in her work life, maturity, and social relationships, and much of that growth is thanks to Larry’s guidance. He would be a tremendous help to any teen or special-needs young adult.

Larry has been a tremendous help throughout my busy college semester. He provides a different (more gentle) perspective and different tactics to help keep me on track and manage my adhd. He has gone out of his way multiple times to assist me and to adapt to my busy schedule. And that's with a three hour time difference! 10/10 coach.

When my son received his ADHD diagnosis, it finally provided our family with clarity about why he had been struggling. What I expected to be a straightforward journey toward understanding and solutions instead became a winding exploration filled with false starts, conflicting advice, and dead ends. The process of finding healthy approaches to his learning differences also meant unlearning years of self-criticism and maladaptive coping mechanisms that had been passed down through generations. Larry is helping us take an honest look at our family's executive functioning patterns as a whole and has created a safe space for my son to explore healthy coping strategies.
