Very responsive. The cleaners did a pretty good job, but they missed some major areas like under the bed. Despite that, I had an overall good experience and would use them again.

The cleaning team arrived on the dot, and finished the jobs I had asked to be done with an hour to spare. I was only charged for the time the team was there. The ladies were pleasant and cheerful and did an excellent job. I have already booked another visit and would not hesitate to recommend the service!

Was hoping to get security deposit back by hiring their move out service and it was a rush job. Tore stuff off walls ruining paint and causing more damage. Garbage was all over place in back. Waste of 500$ and no security deposit back. Terrible and they reached out to me. I don’t know what I was thinking. They did a crap job the first time I hired and I gave another chance. They are desperate for jobs and I can see why. Took all my money before even came to do their rush clean

Their system spammed me for a review so here it is. I booked with them and they didn’t show up. Apparently they don’t check their email for stretches of time even when there are live conversations. I rebooked because I was desperate. The guy who arrived explained that it wasn’t his fault and that LME outsources this job to him. He wasn’t made aware of the earlier scheduling because LME also neglected to tell him too. The work was fine. Without requesting permission their systems spammed me several times for a review. I would not recommend this company and would search a little deeper to find someone, same as they do.
