Omaur is one of the best class instructors I’ve ever had! He is funny and light hearted while creating a well balanced and challenging set. Thank you Omaur!

I had a really disappointing experience with Courtney D. I was barely a minute late to my appointment and she had already given my spot away. Life happens — I had just gotten off work at 5 PM and needed a moment to change before coming. It felt very inconsiderate and there was no understanding or flexibility for situations like that. I understand policies exist, but a minute late shouldn’t result in losing your entire appointment. Overall, the interaction felt very dismissive of other people’s schedules and circumstances.

Lifetime Highland is truly something special. The instructors are hands-down the best — incredibly personable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth. Whether I’m in a cycling class or one of their strength sessions (my go-to favorites), I always leave feeling challenged, encouraged, and seen. It never feels anonymous or transactional — there’s a real sense of community there. The energy is motivating without being intimidating, and the quality of the classes is consistently top-tier. And the Mediterranean café? Absolutely to die for. Fresh, delicious, high-quality choices that make it easy to refuel well after a workout. I’m so grateful to have a place that offers such a unique blend of fitness, community, and great food all under one roof. It’s more than a gym — it’s an experience. Thank you!!

I am an avid fan of LifeTime and love my downtown Minneapolis location, but I was in St. Paul for a meeting and decided to check out this location. The YMCA on University is bigger and better than this place. It’s haphazardly set up, no steam room, and the locker room is so small you can hardly change. LifeTime is usually great… but this location? No good.
