Thanks Travis for the great hospitality! I stopped by for a Saturday afternoon drop in to get a workout and relax. The facility is immaculate and has all the equipment you need. The rooftop outdoor pool is awesome and the indoor sauna, steam room, and cold plunge are a great touch. The crowd was great too. Definitely stop by for a workout or join if you’re thinking about becoming a member. The price is absolutely worth it. Thanks to Brock as well!

From the moment you walk into this gym, you can smell the ego of the receptionists, especially the tall blond guy. Only physically attractive people are allowed to work here, and if you, as a client, aren't in great shape... prepare to be scanned from head to toe by the staff. Zero friendliness, and if you need help, they act like they're doing you a favor; even their greeting feels fake. This is the only Lifetime gym where I've ever felt such a strange vibe. The staff should be more humble. The only friendly staff member is the white short guy with black hair.
