I recently had them replace my roof due to hail. I worked with a gentleman named Dawson. He made the process simple on my end by staying in contact with my insurance company and dealing with issues as the arose. He and his crew were very conscientious when cleaning up. I highly recommend.

I’ll be honest—I was very disappointed with Lifestyle Home Improvement at first and felt like they had lost me as a customer. A few things happened that didn’t sit well, but once I made them aware, they stepped up and made it right. It took some time, but in the end, I am 100% satisfied with the work. He was there when the insurance adjuster came out, he was in contact when the work was being done, and he was there to insure I was happy with the finished product! We had been working with another roofing company that totally left us in the dark in what was supposed to be a roof warranty claim. They also for no apparent reason stopped responding to our calls after tarping our roof. This other company had the worst customer service but Lifestyle came to rescue us.
