Brought in my vehicle for a transmission repair thank goodness I did he not to replace the entire transmission. They were able to fix mine. They recommended replacement of a torque converter, the clutch discs and of course fresh synthetic transmission fluid. They were able to get me a lifetime guarantee. After driving it, they said the gears felt very good, but that the original problem stemmed actually from a cooling system issue in my radiator, they were gracious enough to throw this into the deal and handle it on the house just to make sure I would not have any more issues as they know the vehicle is used by my wife and children Really exceptional customer service and just tremendous knowledge in the field of transmission repair highly highly highly recommend

I have a Honda that I’m restoring but definitely on a budget. Transmission did not seem to be operating at 100%. Given the age of the classic truck and the way the transmission was performing. I contacted multiple garages, but nobody seemed interested in helping with only doing a transmission change With the transmission fluid they wanted to either open up the transmission for several hundreds of dollars or replace it. I finally spoke with Dana at this garage and he was able to give me a more reasonable solution. He agreed that we should try to change the transmission fluid and the transmission filter first and then after doing the transmission fluid change perhaps to a transmission repair or transmission rebuild further down the line I greatly appreciate this garage is expertise and after doing the transmission fluid change, my truck is performing much much better.

So I love my vehicle. Luxurious and fast. However, when the transmission started to act up and the gears would not shift properly I was in a panic. I see all over the television, the aftermarket warranties telling you that you had better get insurance because rebuilding a transmission replacing gears can be super expensive and that it’s worth money to get an aftermarket warranty. So I purchased one and I brought the vehicle to this transmission repair shop. They were able to offer me a free tow truck service. That’s the only thing that my aftermarket warranty did not cover. They performed the diagnostic and convert that the transmission was not shifting from first gear. It was skipping second gear and third gear straight to fourth. They recommended that I replaced with a brand new torque converter. They gave me heavy duty clutches at no additional cost and an unbeatable lifetime warranty very satisfied.

So a family member gave me a vehicle. Truly a blessing but they did tell me ahead of time that there was a small transmission problem. And I was tight on money. I needed to find a company that could assist with towing since now nowadays towing in Houston especially for a big truck. it’s $200-$300. This company offered free towing free diagnostics and most importantly a lifetime warranty. Upon their diagnostic, they informed me that the gears were slipping. And there were a few gears that were not engaging at all. They recommended replacement of a low drum that houses reverse gear and the low gears. They gave me a fair quote for this work got it done in a timely fashion. I’m very satisfied at shifting through all the gears very well.

So I had motor work done to my vehicle. And I felt like the work was solid. This was done at another shop, but unfortunately, when they worked on the motor, I got my vehicle back in the next week. The transmission started to act up. The gears would not shift properly. They were late in the timing. They started to slip between every gear until eventually I lost first and second gear. I called these folks. They were very helpful. They had just about the most competitive price point, but I went with them based upon their knowledge of my vehicle. They seemed to have tons of experience. They also offered me free towing. And nowadays getting a tow truck in Houston, Texas is ridiculous. Most Tow companies are charging $200 just to go a few miles so that was a big deal for me. They gave me a great warranty and they were able to save my torque converter instead of me having to buy a brand new torque converter. And the lifetime warranty terms were very reasonable.
