Jade gave us the wedding of our dreams! As soon as we got engaged, we quickly became overwhelmed by the endless information and decisions involved in planning a wedding. Then we found Jade — and everything changed. From our very first conversation, we felt instantly at ease. She guided us through the process with such clarity, advising us on which vendors to book first and what to look for in each one. What truly amazed us was Jade’s knowledge of every single vendor we considered — venues, photographers, videographers, florists, entertainment — you name it. She could tell us about their style, what they were like to work with, and even share insights from previous weddings. Her expertise saved us so much time, stress, and uncertainty. Wedding planning can easily feel never-ending and overwhelming, but with Jade by our side, it was a breeze. Whenever we had multiple options to choose from, she talked us through each one in detail — never pushing us toward a particular choice, but gently guiding us to understand what we really wanted. We live in England but planned our wedding in Belfast (my home city), so having Jade’s support was absolutely invaluable. Our regular Zoom calls not only eased our worries but also built our excitement — exactly how wedding planning should feel! As someone who tends to overthink, I can’t express enough how patient, reassuring, and calming Jade was throughout the entire journey. Jade didn’t just plan our wedding day; she also coordinated our pre- and post-wedding events and found the perfect venues for both. She organized our welcome drinks in the beautiful upstairs of The Harp Bar and our second-day celebration at The Dark Horse — both right in the heart of Belfast. She even arranged entertainment for each event, capturing exactly what we wanted before we could even articulate it ourselves. Another of Jade’s strengths is her ability to help couples stay within budget without sacrificing quality. She found creative ways to save money on our videographer, florist, and tablescape, all while ensuring our vision was never compromised. She truly lived up to her promise of prioritising wisely and finding value in every decision. As the big day approached, Jade became even more indispensable. She was constantly in touch, keeping us updated and excited. There was so much happening behind the scenes that we never had to worry about — she handled everything flawlessly. With both of us working in demanding jobs, I honestly can’t imagine how we would have managed without her. On the wedding weekend itself, Jade was everywhere at once — coordinating vendors, solving problems before we even knew they existed, and making sure every detail was perfect. When I accidentally spilled an espresso martini down my dress right before the first dance, she appeared out of nowhere with calm reassurance, helping me clean up and get back to enjoying the moment. Her dedication and composure were beyond anything we could have hoped for. Throughout the process, Jade took the time to truly understand us — our personalities, our style, and the atmosphere we wanted to create. I dreamed of an elegant, modern, and romantic setting filled with candlelight, and she brought that vision to life beyond my imagination. No idea was ever too much for her; she made everything feel possible. Jade is hardworking, passionate, and endlessly patient. She cared about our wedding as deeply as we did — and that’s exactly what you want from someone entrusted with the most important day of your life. Out of all the decisions we made during the wedding planning process, choosing Jade was the best one. Our weekend wouldn’t have been nearly as perfect without her.
We hired Jade quite early on in our wedding planning process as we had sorted some of the basics of the day (venue, food, photographer) but realised that planning a wedding in Northern Ireland from England, where we live, would be really difficult without some help. Jade was a dream to work with throughout; great at thinking creatively about all the little details that I would never have considered on my own, and organised to an extent that I would not have believed possible for a mortal being prior to meeting her. Having somebody with local knowledge and vendor connections, and the enthusiasm to hunt down the best deal possible meant that we had a great choice for both suppliers and supplies that worked for our budget. She never once made me feel that anything was too difficult or too inconvenient, just quietly made things happen behind the scenes, and always made me feel as though my wedding was really important to her, rather than just another job. It made all the difference on our wedding day to have Jade there running things and to know that we could fully trust her- it meant that my parter and I could fully relax and just enjoy ourselves without having to manage any logistics. Jade was fantastic throughout what was a very long day for all our vendors - relaxed, fun, great with our guests, and problem-solved anything that went awry before I even knew about it. I can’t imagine having had our wedding without her, and I can’t recommend her enough!
We hired Jade a few months before our wedding as we were seriously stressed out with the amount of stuff to organise, and what can I say - Jade was simply fantastic!! I was an American bride trying to plan a destination wedding in Northern Ireland in just 8 months. We initially tried to do everything ourselves but quickly became overwhelmed and realized we needed help. We spoke with 3 other wedding planners before meeting Jade and instantly knew she was the perfect fit. We hired Jade 5 months before our wedding day, with very little already planned. From that point on, she took over everything. Jade helped us create a vision, brought it to life, and flawlessly executed every detail in a very short window of time. Her vendor recommendations were phenomenal. From the DJ and videographer to the live band and Irish dancers, every single one was perfect. Our friends and family were blown away by the quality and detail of the entire day. None of it would have happened without Jade. She found all our vendors, booked our ceremony, rehearsal dinner, and reception venues, created a detailed timeline, and acted as the main point of contact throughout. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. One moment that really stuck with me was when Jade told my husband and I just days before the wedding: “It’s my job to know the schedule. You don’t need to worry about a thing. Just live in the moment and take it all in.” It was the best advice. We never once checked our watches, phones, or wondered if we were on time for the next thing. Jade would appear and gently guide us to the next moment, whether it was walking down the aisle, cutting the cake or starting our first dance. She also went above and beyond to help us stay within our budget. Jade provided a detailed budget spreadsheet and helped us keep track of our spending. She went out of her way to make sure we didn’t overspend or spend unnecessarily. She even picked up, transported, and returned rented items herself, saving us from costly delivery fees. Jade was truly a blessing and made our wedding everything we dreamed of. We’re endlessly grateful to her. A million thank-yous!
