We had such a great experience here! I brought my parents in to pick out some new furniture and the staff could not have been more helpful. They were patient, friendly and truly went above and beyond to make sure my parents found exactly what they wanted. There were plenty of options to choose from and everything we looked at was high-quality and well made. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish - no pressure, just genuine help and great product knowledge. We left feeling confident in our choices and grateful for such a smooth, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

We had the greatest experience with Kristie!! We had been looking for several weeks for new family room furniture and we’re loosing our excitement in the journey, and that all changed when we walked into their showroom! Kristie met us with a wonderful smile and made us genuinely feel like our experience was her priority! Kristie was so knowledgeable and asked about us, and what we were looking for in a way that felt like home! Because of her, we found something that we hadn’t even thought about! Then we were even more excited when the 7 to 9 weeks delivery ended up being 3 weeks! We just got our new furniture delivered by their amazing crew and are so happy from start to finish! 💯 recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Really excited for our new couch and chair purchase. Barb did an awesome job helping us decide on something we both wanted as we were polar opposites on what we were looking for. The price was very comparable to other sets we had seen at other businesses, but much closer to home. Will definitely shop here again.

We had a wonderful experience working with Barb at Lincoln Mattress & Furniture Company! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient as we selected our England Furniture sectional. We loved that we could choose the exact pieces we wanted, but the real challenge was picking the right fabric. Barb worked with us over the course of two evenings while we brought in paint swatches, a carpet sample, and even an armrest from a recliner to make sure everything would coordinate perfectly. Our custom sectional arrived in less than five weeks, which was much quicker than we expected. The delivery did have a small hiccup with a bit of drywall damage going down our stairwell, but the company handled it immediately and had someone out to repair it right away. Overall, the experience was fantastic. We’re thrilled with our new sectional and very impressed with both Barb’s professionalism and the company’s commitment to customer service. Highly recommend!
