I’ve been training with Lindsey 3x/week since November 2024. I have seen such a transformation with my body and my mind. My original goal was to lose weight and find motivation and consistency. Her workouts are hard but SO effective and they’re tailored for each client. It isn’t just a generic workout she gives to everyone. The first 30 days are a nutrition reset where you’re eating clean and not drinking alcohol. It was very challenging but after that 30 days, I had already developed great habits so it was easy to turn that into an everyday thing. I owe a lot to Lindsey - for improving my health, toning my body, and giving me confidence. She has the BEST energy and I honestly still look forward to going to each session. I've been working out with Lindsey for about 4 months and I have to say it's been such a great experience! I had been debating getting a personal trainer for a long time and I'm glad I finally did. She was very patient with me when I struggled to perform certain exercises and was always encouraging me to push myself. She has helped me build muscle, improve my stamina and overall health! She takes the time to understand and learn each of her clients and tailors the workouts to suit each individuals needs. The gym itself is amazing, and well kept. When you show up it's straight to business and no worrying about waiting for equipment, a nice change of pace from working out at a standard gym. I was in the worst shape of my life. Once COVID hit and the gyms closed, I was in a bad place mentally and physically. I stopped working out and it lasted for 1.5 years. I had low energy, mental fog, and was eating nothing but fast food since I was pretty depressed about my appearance. My confidence was completely shot and none of my shirts fit me. Horrible! I started working with Chris February of last year in 2020. Since then, Chris has not only become my personal trainer, coach, mentor but also a friend. Ever since I joined have I not only gotten healthier and achieved my goals, but also learned to value myself again and regain my confidence. Before I knew Chris I did not know how to work out in a gym or how to take care of myself from a fitness or nutritional side of view. My weight has always fluctuated due to a underlying disease which did not help my mental or general health state. Chris and his gym became my safe place. Here, I can go to work on myself, become the best version of myself and feel more confident. Chris is to thank for this. On a recent trip to Hawaii I felt comfortable enough to wear a bikini for the first time in years. This in itself was a big step for me I would not have been able to take without the training and mentorship I had. I have never had the confidence in myself that I have now. The training I had with Chris, has taught me a lot. It played an imense role of bettering my physical and mental health and I can not stress this enough times, my confidence. For a while, I always considered getting a trainer. I would follow YouTube videos and motivate myself to be consistent at the gym for a years, and thought that was enough, but it wasn’t until meeting Chris did I really level up and feel such a sense of control and power with all of my workouts. From Day one, Chris sits you down and has an initial meeting to get a feel of your background, who you are as a person, responsibilities you have in life, and of course what is your biggest goal you want in the gym. After this first of many wonderful conversations, he has already devised a perfect plan to help bring out your peak results through workouts that match you. I was shocked to also learn he gives people access to his gym 24/7 and will give you workouts to do on your own. So while I was paying for 3 sessions with him a week, I was able to go in on days we weren’t training together for his intense and very rewarding low impact cardio workouts. This shows how his #1 priority is you, he wants to provide you with every resource to not only grow muscle, but grow as a person. It also cannot be said enough how great this man is at conversation. If you have any questions about diets, how to handstand/muscle up/squat properly/get a 6 pack while drinking boba, or anything in the realm of fitness, he will have a detailed answer with proper sources ready in seconds. Now you are probably reading all this like “ok great but what’s the catch” and simply put the only negative thing I have ever thought while training with Chris is simply “WHY DIDNT I HIRE HIM SOONER”. Because after one year with Chris, I can 100% say has been more impactful and rewarding than the previous 6 years combined. I have gotten stronger in all my lifts and can only feel progress ahead.
