I stopped by Anvil Gym while visiting San Diego, and it is hands down the best facility I’ve ever trained at. The equipment is top-tier and the staff is incredibly friendly. The experience was so impressive that I’m honestly considering moving to San Diego just to be a regular member here. I can’t recommend it enough.

Just had the most amazing experience at The Anvil gym all thanks to the front desk employee Purnell! Gave me a great tour of the gym before my first time working out here. For his 3rd day on the job he already knew a ton about all the equipment. Speaking of equipment this gym has the most unique machines ever, I wanted to try every single machine so I'll 100% be back here. Thanks Purnell!

Anvil is hands down one of the nicest gyms I’ve been to. Visiting a buddy in the area, and he recommended I check this place out. So glad I did. The equipment is some of the best I’ve ever seen! The lighting is great. Bathrooms are so clean, and the rest of the place is spotless. Not crowded when I’ve gone in the early afternoon, and the owner and staff are friendly and chill. If you live in the area, you definitely need to visit Anvil. You won’t be disappointed.

They have everything I need as far as free weights and machines. The location is perfect for me (2 blocks away from home), and the gym is very clean and well maintained. Staff members have always been friendly and helpful. I definitely made the right decision to go with the year membership. I always look forward to working out here! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Anvil Gym is easily the best places I’ve trained in SD. The equipment is top-tier and laid out in a way that makes your workouts super efficient. You can tell a lot of thought (and experience) went into setting it up. I’m a big fan of the eight separate cable stations—plus they’ve got the biggest variety of attachments I’ve ever seen, which makes switching things up easy. The gym is always spotless, and the vibe overall is just right. Great lighting too—perfect for that post-pump selfie😉. The staff is awesome, the people are cool, and it never feels crowded. If you’re looking for a new home gym, Anvil’s is it!
