Terrible experience. No paper bags when most of your customers are on foot. Customer service was zero tonight. Terrible.

Bought a bottle of Xanadu Cab Sav. 2016 @$75 for a special occasion. It was corked. Total consumption was around 10ml. I returned it expecting an exchange …. Nope. “It’s opened so there’s nothing we can do”. I’m sorry. How does this make sense?
