Bought a bottle of Xanadu Cab Sav. 2016 @$75 for a special occasion. It was corked. Total consumption was around 10ml. I returned it expecting an exchange …. Nope. “It’s opened so there’s nothing we can do”. I’m sorry. How does this make sense?

My sons 18th birthday gift of $200 bottle of Lagavulin Whisky was delivered without its original packaging unlike advertised. UV light degrades whisky and now the quality of this $200 bottle of whisky is completely compromised. Subsequently I was told “unfortunately we can’t provide refunds”. - Why not?! I will not be buying from Vintage Cellars ever again

Convenient, the exceptional range of quality vino is only out done by their phenomenally knowledgeable staff. They're also very friendly & helpful. One of their staff Chris even carried my wine out to my car in the pouring rain.

Always such friendly and inviting service with no discrimination unlike some other stores around Broadbeach. The staff are always super helpful and go out of their way for customers. We always choose them over any shop on a service basis. Plus they always have amazing specials!
