Good service - not overly happy guy, but did the business quickly and efficiently.

Met by the incredibly rude staff member “ROB” at the door. Was abused and told to go elsewhere and that his bad attitude and poor customer interaction skills were “on me” as I had left my bike in the drive through car park. I believe rob thinks I am someone else, he ranted about people leaving bikes and while yelling at me publicly caused myself and three others to exit the store. Management, as someone who employee staff in customer service I suggest you have a chat with Rob about the way he interacts with your customers. I will not be returning to this store, and I will be telling anyone who listens about my experience.

Chris at Liquorland Mermaid is one of the most knowledgeable fellows with his stock I've been fortunate to meet..With my 25 years Beverage experience I can certainly say this is where to buy you're favorites and be happy that you're not paying an excessive price.Excellent
