My husband and I took the beginner sourdough bread making class. It was very informative and we were able to come home with loaves to bake and sourdough starter. The bread was delicious and Daina is a great host! We’re looking forward to taking the cinnamon roll class next.

Daina was amazing! She is super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I took her cheese class on Saturday and her sourdough class on Sunday and learned so much. I can’t wait for her cinnamon roll class.

Wow! This class was fantastic. I learned so much and came away with the confidence to keep a starter alive and to make my own bread. Will definitely take more classes in the future.
