I stopped in after work a few months ago to get a small nose stud because my piercing had closed up. I honestly did not want to stop anywhere that day; I was exhausted and just wanted to go straight home after a really stressful day; but I didn’t have a choice if I wanted to avoid it closing. I’ve been to this shop before and had good experiences in the past (I’ve gotten multiple piercings here before with friends), which is why I came back. When I walked in, I was greeted by a fair-skinned woman with a lot of piercings. While I was looking at the nose jewelry and trying to ask a question about pricing and what was included, she suddenly snatched the jewelry out of my hand. I looked at her completely confused, and instead of clarifying, she acted like she didn’t understand what I was asking. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially because I was simply trying to ask a basic question while still speaking. By the time I left the interaction and went to complete my purchase/jewelry installation , my eyes were actually watering uncontrollably bc I wasn’t able to hold it in; not because of one single thing alone, but because I was already coming from a long, draining day, and that interaction just pushed everything over the edge. It was frustrating and overwhelming to end an already difficult day like that. I chose a different, cheaper nose ring and was told the price would be adjusted, but later realized it wasn’t actually updated correctly at checkout. The piercer himself, however, was very kind and professional. He seemed genuinely sweet, and I don’t think he even noticed how overwhelmed I was at the time. I’m sharing this because customer service matters, especially in environments where people are trusting you with something personal. Staff should be trained to communicate respectfully and not physically snatch items from customers. I’ve always liked coming here and have had good experiences before, which is why this visit stood out so much. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback so future visits feel more respectful and consistent.

Very friendly staff. I walked in and was in and out within 10 minutes. The whole experience was very smooth, quick, and professionally handled. I'm looking forward to getting more work done here. Definitely recommend.

Literally mutilated my homegirl so if you want a good piercing DO NOT go here!! Looked her dead in the eyes and said it was healing fine when it clearly was NOT. Despicable place fr

Pierced my eyebrow way too deep with way too short of a bar. Went back in to make sure it was healing okay bc it looked really messed up. He told me it was healing fine, but barely even looked at it. Had to go to another shop to have it taken out and they said it was 1000% pierced bad. Receptionist is rude as hell too. Thanks

Customer service is not as great as it once was. I called prior to coming in, then presumed to travel about an hour with high hopes of getting tattooed. I know that’s on me but unfortunately was greeted with staff that lacked commitment to their word and rushed me out of the store. I’m not new to tattoo and been tattooed multiple times here before. Never have been met with an artist so quickly to put something permanent on the line… it gave do you want this or not. Word of advice, go where your dollar matters. This was 6:50pm on Sunday , where their hours state close -10pm. I was told to be here by 8 and I’d be good.
