LIV FIT Powered by Babes Bootcamp is a premier women's fitness center in San Diego dedicated to fostering empowerment, health, and community. I am approaching my 1 year anniversary at Liv Fit and I am SO glad I joined this community. This gym is much more than an average gym; it’s a community that empowers its members in a non-intimidating space. The Babes Bootcamp classes are also a plus! The female energy is motivating & brings great vibes. Shoutout to the owners, Apples & Kayla. They are truly an inspiration & I’m so grateful to be a part of their Liv Fit community.
Babes Bootcamp has truly been one of the best things I’ve done for myself since I joined in fall 2024. From day one, it’s been so much more than just a workout. The sense of women empowerment and community here is real — supportive, inclusive, and motivating in a way that makes you want to keep showing up, even on the hard days. Apples and Kayla are incredible owners and trainers who genuinely care about every single person who walks through the door. They pay attention, learn your goals, meet you where you are, and push you in the most encouraging and thoughtful way. You never feel like “just another member” — the personal attention and care is unmatched. Beyond fitness, Babes Bootcamp supports a healthy, balanced lifestyle — mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’ve gained strength, confidence, consistency, and friendships that extend far beyond the gym. If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, celebrate you, and make you feel empowered as a woman, Babes Bootcamp is it. I’m so grateful for this community and can’t recommend it enough. 💖💪
I absolutely love Babes Bootcamp! I’ve lost over 75 pounds since I started coming, and the journey has been life-changing. Being surrounded by such amazing, strong women who constantly inspire and uplift me is truly a blessing. The support, encouragement, and positive energy make every workout something I look forward to. I’m so grateful to be part of this community. The gym is clean, the workouts are fun, and everyone is so nice!
After my recent divorce, I realized I needed to relearn how to love myself, especially in a physical and intentional way. I joined Babes Bootcamp after a friend recommended it, and it has been such a gift. I discovered an incredible community of women of all shapes and sizes who simply want to prioritize their physical health and show up for themselves. The encouragement from every single woman has been so uplifting. The instructors truly pay attention to detail, making sure my form is at its best and correcting me in such a supportive and empowering way. I honestly can’t fully explain how blessed I feel to have found this community. These women are truly God sent.
I’ve been going to Babes Bootcamp since August 2022 & let me tell you I’ve never been to another gym ever since! Kayla & Apple are just the most two inspirational trainers & motivator's. Not only are they my trainers but not my family/sisterhoods for life. Babes Bootcamp is a place I can come workout surrounded by many beautiful women empowering the same motivation in bettering ourselves. I’ve been to so many events that Babes have thrown for their ladies to show us their appreciation & thankful for how much they show us love. Babes Bootcamp is my second home that I know I can always feel welcome and made so many beautiful friendships outside of the gym. Love you Kayla & Apple!! 🙏🏼❤️😘
