My dog was taken by the groomer to have his nails clipped , I was told for insurance purposes I was not allowed in the room BUT if my dog pulled his paws away while she was cutting then she would bring him into the waiting area and do them there ??? It would have been nice to have had an introduction Hello my name is ..... she said she had not cut all his nails ? But they were all ok ? The receptionist was very friendly and I won't judge them on one visit , maybe I will have a better experience next time !

Thank you so much to Liv, my mischievous chow puppy requires lots of patience and expertise, Liv was so good with her! She groomed her exactly how I asked and was able to trim her nails and pads with minimal fuss!! Thank you so much Ziggy is now a regular at Dirty Dogs Groomers 🐾🐾

I brought my 10 month old Rottie for a full groom and I was so impressed. I had a friendly welcome at reception, and even though my pup is a very excitable chappy, the staff were calm and friendly and were able to give him fuss. They asked lots of questions which made me confident they would take good care of him and go at his pace. He looked and smelt amazing when I collected him and had a great time. We will 100% be back!

First time here and all the girls were brilliant. So warm and friendly. My dog can be aggressive towards other larger dogs and they were brilliant making sure to book him in with time and kept him calm. He was very well behaved (I was told) and he's a long haired dog normally but due to summer we get him cut short. We'll he looked like a different dog! So neat and tidy and he smelled fab. Great prices too! Thanks so much to Millie, we'll definitely be back.
