Great customer service. Asall helped us figure out the dimensions of our living room based off of rough numbers we had. We checked the measurements later and found her estimated dimensions were spot on! She really has an eye for detail and was very helpful. She showed us which couches worked best for us and provided a lot of information on which sectional configurations would work with our space. I highly recommend talking to her when visiting the store! Thank you Asall!

Nothing but a 5 star, wonderful experience shopping for our new Flexsteel Samuel Blue leather reclining sofa. Our Sales Manager, Mark Ortiz made the experience absolutely seamless and quite honestly enjoyable. He knew the inventory well and was not pushy. Highly recommend this store for great showroom and incredible customer service!

Excellent experience and prices at Living Spaces. I had an amazing interior decorator (I believe Rico was his name??) helped me pick out my new living room furniture. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Also their prices are some of the best, I shopped around at four other places first before deciding to go into living spaces and I sure am glad I did.

After ordering 3 pieces of a couch I was disappointed with the cushions but figured that's just how they come. I added a middle unit and I found that the original cushions were manufactured HORRIBLY, bumpy and flat compared to the full new cushion I received. Inches of difference in 2 months. They claim wear and tear but I have pictures of the original delivery and it was the same. After multiple agents told me I have an easy claim it was denied twice and now they won't speak to me. After spending thousands on furniture they cannot even replace two cushions that are clearly manufactured poorly with more than 2 inches of difference between them. No replacement, no help. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and will tell every soul who listens to me about how terrible this company is for as long as I live. UPDATE: They responded encouraging me to email them or call them. A failed reach at making themselves look like they might be a good company. I was stonewalled after calling them and hung up on from “Amelia” in their customer service department. This is after hours of spending time on the phone with them in previous weeks where every representative said this was an obvious manufacturing issue and that the warranty should go through. After multiple denials with no further information they won’t speak to me. Great business

I shopped at the store in Fashion Valley but had the items shipped to Arizona on a specific date. The salesperson, Maria, was very helpful and offered me budget-friendly options., as I purchased items for my nephew. The checkout process was easy as too.
